All materials remain the property of affordable roofing & building ltd untill payed for in full and will be removed if not payed for in full as stated in the trading standards retention of title clause. 

Payment must be paid 30minutes before completion. 

Complaints process 

All complaints must go threw email Affordableroofing.building@outlook.com

We will not expect any complaints made to or employees as all complaints must be made in written to our companys email address.

You will need to send proof of your contract this can only be the owner of the house that the work was done on that can make a complaint 

Proof of damage or the issue photo evidence must be sent via email.

Please note unless there is a gaurantee stated on your documents from affordable roofing &building (lincs) ltd we do not offer a guarantee unless stated on your contract we will only resolve any issues to customers who have a guarantee unfortunately we can not give everyone a guarantee for fixtures etc as not all work can be guarantee unless we have installed a new roof etc our self then we can guarantee the work & materials.

We can not take responsibility for any weather storm damage,

We will only carry out the work that is stated on our contracts.
